Returns & Refunds Policy – Chopra’s Toys (UK)

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Chopra’s Toys by customers in the United Kingdom.

1) Returns (14-Day Return Window)

You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.


To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition
  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened (see “Non-Returnable Items” below).

 

2) How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return (optional but helpful)

All returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • The return address (if required)
  • Any additional steps needed to complete your return

 

3) Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is free for eligible returns requested within the 14-day return period.

 

4) Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at choprastoys@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.


Faulty items are covered under UK consumer law.

 

5) Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, worn, or are not in original condition
  • Opened toy makeup, beauty play items, or personal-care style toys (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts where applicable

 

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

 

6) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

 

7) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.


If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval (depending on your bank/payment provider)

8) Toy Safety

All toys sold by Chopra’s Toys include age recommendations and are intended to be used with appropriate supervision where required.
